This can cause a build up of lactic acid, problems with circulation and inflammation. The body becomes very sore to touch because it is full of toxins.
As a Touch Point Therapist, I release the Trigger Points at the point of pain.
Erasing Trigger Points can be done several ways, but basically all I do is incorporate one of my Crystal wands and, apply pressure directly at the site of the Trigger Point for a short period of time, usually several seconds.
This breaks up the muscle fibres within the adhesion and releases the toxins that have built up. Once the muscle fibres are broken up, they begin to repair and eventually they return to their natural state, ultimately releasing the muscle memory associated with the injury and healing the pain.
